GIF Maker - Video to GIF converts your videos, images, and GIFs entirely on your device. We do not upload, store, or transmit your photos, videos, GIFs, or audio to any server, and we do not operate any account system. The only personal information that leaves your device is the limited advertising and device data collected by Google AdMob, our third-party advertising provider, in order to serve and measure ads.

2. Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to the GIF Maker - Video to GIF Android application distributed through Google Play. It does not apply to third-party websites, apps, or services that you may reach from the App (for example, an app you share a finished GIF to, or a website opened from an advertisement), each of which is governed by its own privacy policy.
3. What the App Does with Your Media
The App lets you select videos, images, and GIFs from your device and convert, trim, extract frames from, or re-encode them into GIFs and videos. All of this processing happens locally on your device, using the operating system's own media components. Specifically:
- Your media files are read from device storage only after you explicitly pick them through the Android system picker or grant media permission.
- Decoding, frame extraction, GIF encoding, and video export are performed on-device. Nothing is sent to us or to any external server for processing.
- Output files (GIFs, videos, extracted frames, extracted audio) are written to your device's storage or media gallery, under your control.
- We have no ability to access, view, retain, or recover your media.
4. Information We Collect
4.1 Information We Collect Ourselves — None
We do not collect, request, or receive any personally identifiable information. The App has no registration, no login, no user accounts, and no analytics SDK. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, location, calendar, call logs, SMS, installed-app list, or the contents of your files.
4.2 Information Stored Locally on Your Device
For the App to work, some information is saved locally on the device. This data never leaves the device, is not readable by us, and is deleted when you uninstall the App or clear its data:

4.3 Information Collected by Our Advertising Partner
The App is supported by advertising delivered through Google AdMob (Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd). To serve, cap, measure, and prevent fraud in advertising, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and process:
- Android Advertising ID (AAID): A resettable, user-controlled identifier, and other app-set or ad identifiers.
- Device and Technical Information: Device model, operating system version, language, screen characteristics, mobile network, and coarse location inferred from IP address.
- IP Address: Used for general geographic ad routing and fraud detection.
- Ad Interaction Data: Which ads were requested, shown, viewed, or clicked, and diagnostic/crash information relating to ad delivery.
This information is collected by Google directly through its SDK and is processed in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.

6. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Data Security & Retention
Your files stay in the App's private storage area or in the media location you choose, protected by Android's application sandbox and device security. We retain no copy of your files on external servers. You can delete individual projects in the App, clear app cache and data, or uninstall the App to remove all local files at any time.
