1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Silverbyte Studio ("we", "us", or "our", also operating as Silver Byte Games) regarding your access to and use of our mobile applications, games, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing our games (including Triple Tiles: Face Match Puzzle), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download, access, or play our games.
2. License Grant & Restrictions
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Silverbyte Studio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, limited license to download, install, and play our games on personal mobile devices solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You agree not to:
- Decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the applications.
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the applications or any game assets.
- Exploit cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software.
- Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activities.
3. In-App Purchases and Virtual Items
Our games may offer opportunities to acquire virtual currency (such as coins or hearts) or virtual goods (such as tile skins or boosters) through gameplay or optional in-app purchases (IAP) made via Google Play In-App Billing.
- No Real Monetary Value: Virtual items and currencies have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed, traded, or sold for real currency, goods, or services outside the game.
- All Purchases Final: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all in-app purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by Google Play policies or applicable consumer protection laws.
- Billing Processing: All financial transactions are processed securely through Google Play Billing. Silverbyte Studio does not collect or store payment method details.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to our games and services—including but not limited to artwork, logos, graphics, character designs, audio effects, music, software code, gameplay mechanics, and documentation—are owned by Silverbyte Studio or its licensors.
5. Third-Party Services & Advertising
Our games may incorporate third-party SDKs for advertising (such as Google Mobile Ads / AdMob) and analytics (such as GameAnalytics). Third-party advertising and analytics services are subject to the policies of the respective providers. Please consult our Privacy Policy for full details on third-party service integrations.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services and games are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silverbyte Studio disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Services.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Silverbyte Studio, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use our games or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time without notice if we believe you have breached these Terms or engaged in unauthorized or fraudulent activity.
